Chi sono

Hello everyone! I am ChoongHyuk Han ( Pavel ) from South Korea. I am currently living in Seoul, Korea after I finished my courses at University of Calgary, Canada and got back to Korea.
I've just started to host couchsurfers from all over the world. While I was in Canada and traveled around U.S, I could get great experiences through Couchsurfing. I met great people, shared our cultures, hung out together. We became friends. Thanks to them, I could get much out of my travel there.
In return, I'd like to continue couchsurfing as a host and would love to help you to enjoy wonderful Korea.

*Notice ( From May 2017 ) : I moved to Sokcho-si, Gangwon-do, where the beautiful East sea of Korea and Seorak mountain breathe together. I am hosting surfers who would love to travel around Sokcho too. Feel free to ask me anything. And please read every detail that I wrote below.

So, if you are sending me a request, I do have a few suggestions and also please check my profile.
- Please take some time to fill out your profile. We both need each other's profiles and basic introductions because Couchsurfing is about getting to know people. In addition, if you can make your request personal, it will really help.
- Couchsurfing is not just finding a place to stay I believe, it's a great way to meet local people and exchange each other's experiences and views. We will have lots of fun if you are ready to meet new people and travel!
- I am very easygoing and generous. I am not that picky, but I want you to have kind of common sense and Guest Etiquette, which means respecting others and not being rude and so on.

Like I wrote above, I am here to help visitors to enjoy Korea. I am a senior at university, so I don't know what my availability will be, but I will try my best to treat you like showing you around Seoul, having some food together, grabbing beers.

Thank you. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Feel free to ask anything about me, my place, Seoul, Korea

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Actually, to say one thing is not enough for me because I have done many awesome things that really made me feel alive.
Well, if I have to say just one thing, I can say one from my travel experiences at this time.
In 2011, I flew to Europe to travel around Europe as a backpack trip and watch great soccer matches there. It was one of my dreams back in my teens because I was interested in cultures and languages and also I was a real fan of soccer.
It was pretty challenging first, but I didn't give up and prepared for the travel by working hard to get the budget and by studying hard for better understanding of each countries.
Finally, I traveled to more than 5 countries and watched soccer games of FC Barcelona, AS Roma, Arsenal FC.
Yes, I really made it. Moreover, I could get much more out of it. All of the things I did there have helped me a lot throughout my life. I got better understanding of people and cultures, which made me easygoing, open-minded. Most of all, I realized that I got nothing to be afraid of when I start doing something new. Rather, you know,it is pretty exciting!

It would be great if I could share all of this story with you and also hear your story from you! :D
