Overview
About Me
I build Youtube channels (for brands) and intend to run a marathon soon. That's about it.
Climate change and all kind of huge changes taking place in the world right now fascinate me. I love to read and think about the times we live in and what the future might hold.
I've recently found out that talking about it is also a great way to kill parties! Smiles melt quicker than the Arctic! Strange coincidence, but lately my friends always just happen to be "busy" when I want to meet them. :)
I don't take life too seriously, I love to come up with creative ideas, make videos, laugh, meet people, tease them, get inspired by them, and eventually turn them into characters in my short fiction stories I write for my drawer.
Eventually, I am planning on starting my own Youtube channel (who needs friends and free time, right?) that will focus on explaining complicated topics worth thinking about (climate change being one of the main one) and combine them with silly jokes. If John Oliver or Wait But Why? sounds familiar to you, then you know what I'm talking about.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I used to surf couches as well as host other surfers in my flat. Work got the better of me. Now, I want to get back in the habit of traveling and meeting locals wherever I go. My plan is to introduce my girlfriend Lidi to the spirit of Couchsurfing as well, and show her how many lovely and awesome people live out there.

Teach, Learn, Share
I can share some of my basic and limited understanding of current climate problems and trends if you are interested. I read a lot about these. Or we can share jokes about farts, that's just as fine with me!
I want to learn about anything you have a deep understanding about. These conversations always help me form my world view and offer a unique opportunity to ask questions and get years of learning and experience summarised in minutes.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Hungarian Cousine, A good conversation, Beers/Spirits/Local liquor fuckery if you want to indulge in that. I drink almost anything except Jagermeister and happy to pay some rounds :).
Also let me know if you need something from Hungary. I am opposed to bringing you some ugly souvenir as I think it is useless garbage that people can't put anywhere but feel obliged to keep, but if it makes you happy, I'm all up for bringing you some.
