ABOUT ME

I'm taking a break from traveling to (slowly) finish my degree at Dalhousie University in Halifax.

I'm solitary by nature, though I enjoy meaningful conversation with good people. I am a prairie kid at heart who somehow ended up as far away from the flatlands as possible. I sing to myself a lot and would very much like to learn to cartwheel perfectly.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hosted a couple times in Canada and surfed often through Eastern Europe. Until I have a couch again, I am enjoying the kindness of others and being involved whenever I can.

兴趣

Bike rides, cats, gardens, the CBC, and crafts. I study Russian officially and food ethics and culture unofficially. I like drinking cold beer on warm days and eating delicious food. I enjoy getting lost in new cities.

I spend a lot of time in public libraries, taking chances of strange sounding books and movies. Sometimes it works out; usually it doesn't.
