CURRENT MISSION

My current mission is to see the world. I have been alive for almost a quarter of a century and I have spent all my years in one place. That is crazy! Although I may have seen most of my country and America is a big place, I am ready to travel around the world. I plan to visit Jordan and Egypt this coming October, but until then, I want to meet with as many travelers and prepare myself for the journey to come.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate in Couchsurfing by surfing for the most part. I love meeting my host and sharing experiences with them, whether it be sharing a meal or going out for an excursion in their home town. I haven't had much surfers from the host perspective, probably because I live in Blacksburg, Virginia and I don't get much traffic or any through here, but I'm sure that will change when I move back to the Northern Virginia/DC area.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My couch surfing experience has been so diverse. I've met so many different people through it and it has been awesome!!! Couch surfing has taught me so much about life, and about myself. It is through all these different experiences with different people and different perspectives that make a part of who I am today.

Interests

I enjoy a variety of things such as biking, cooking, dancing, hiking, triathlon, nature, coding, music and most of all traveling and meeting new people.

I love romantic comedies and ACTION movies! I am a huge 90s music dude, love alternative, and a good variety of music of all sorts.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing I have done is taking two months off and completing the GREAT AMERICAN ROADTRIP. I started in the Northern Virginia area and went all the way down south to Key west and then traveling West through New Orleans, Texas, and to California. On top of that I went up North all the way to Olympic National Park crossed the ferry to Seattle with my car and going across to Montana before heading South to Utah, Colorado and then booking it back East to my home. That Summer I hit in my opinion all the major National Parks. In two months I went to the Everglades, Bryce, Zion, Grand Canyon, Escalante, Yellowstone, Sequoioa, Yosemite, Glacier, Grand Teton, White Sands, and Olympic National Park. I also hit many state parks as well. This was a crazy adventure, I met tons of people and saw crazy and wild things.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have been on the road for 2 months, traveling America, and I have had a fair share of cool experiences on traveling in the states. National Parks and cities are my expertise, though I am not too much into the city scene and night life, but when it comes to Hiking I think I know a fair amount :D. Just graduated college, so I am still learning a lot about life in general, I'm a youngin and still have a lot to learn and grow.
