movies , i love whathing movies and I 've seen many many many .. hmm i believe one of my favourites is the seventh seal.

Books.. mostly i prefer books that makes you love urself and become a better person for you and for the others of course.

It was the moment when I felt 100% the moment.. I mean the present time. no future no past. it was really amazing.. It didnt happen only once but its not working always... extinct moments!
actually overthinking ... it doesnt help at all to feel the moment
