Overview
About Me
After playing in a band for many years and having the opportunity to travel around Australia because of it I decided to get a "real" job to save money to travel. In April of 2015 I left Sydney to travel Europe for the first time and live in London. After a year in London the travel bug had me itching so bad I had to hit the road again! After a short stint back home I left for Nepal and India. Since then I have been to Indonesia and I’m currently on my 5th big trip. I will be travelling to Cambodia, Egypt, Jordan, Israel, Turkey, Georgia and Armenia.
I am quite an easy person to talk to and enjoy having fun, laughing and joking around with others. I am a solo traveler and enjoy the freedom of doing what you want when you want but it is also great to meet new people along the way and travel with them!
I am a creative person who's head is always filled with ideas. Mostly for music and music production but lately for photography and film. I love capturing a great sunrise or sunset on my DSLR and putting together a video complete with my own music.
At the end of the day these are only words and will never give you a complete picture of who I am so if you are curious to meet and get to know the real me then host me, hang out with me or hit me up and I'll host you!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Since beginning to travel I have realised the best experiences are those that you have with local people. It can get boring going from one tourist destination to the next! This is why I am on couch surfing!

Music, Movies, and Books
I've basically been through every music phase you can think of I think. Besides maybe classical lol. I use to be heavily into metal, punk and hardcore. Nowadays I gravitate more towards house/techno, Brit pop and have a larger appreciation for my fathers music collection.
Currently:
Music: Radiohead, Underworld, The Verve, Chicane, Weekend Players, Rufus, Moby.
As for books I enjoy those which are filled with wisdom and are enlightening.
Books I have read in the past include: A New Earth, Tao Te Ching and Star Wars: heir to the empire.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I spent 19 days trekking the Annapurna circuit in Nepal. It’s probably the most physically demanding thing I’ve done and I’m so glad that I did it. It was amazing!
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach:
I use to be a guitar teacher and although it's been sometime since I have played it I'm sure I could teach a thing or two!
I love to produce electronic music using Ableton so this also I can teach.
Learn:
I would love to learn more about film and editing. I would like to one day combine the use of these skills with music production. I am also trying to learn Spanish in the hopes of traveling to central and/or South America. Dualingo can only take you so far!
Share:
I can share travel stories and advice as well as good times!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Laughter, Travel stories and knowledge and in return a place to stay and a good time wherever I am living in the world if I am able to accommodate!
