I'm an avid traveler, passionate about exploring new cultures, connecting with people, and creating meaningful experiences. I believe that every encounter has the potential to be transformative, and Couch Surfing provides the perfect platform for fostering genuine connections.

I learned about Couch Surfing while traveling in Hawaii. I traveled around camping with fellow surfers for a week before they convinced me to make a profile. Then I left for Indonesia and I made many friends using the meetup feature. I also attended a few large Couch Surfing gatherings of about 20 people. Most of my experience so far has been just meeting fellow surfers either through the app or just out in the wild.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe that travel has the power to transform individuals and foster understanding between cultures. Through Couch Surfing, I hope to connect authentically, share stories, and build lifelong friendships. I embrace diversity and value the opportunity to learn from each person's unique perspective.

Interests

When I'm not globetrotting, I can usually be found immersed in activities that nourish my soul. One of my biggest passions is Nonviolent Communication (NVC). I genuinely enjoy exploring and practicing this powerful method of communication, which focuses on empathy, compassion, and authentic connection. NVC has taught me how to express myself honestly while also truly listening to others' needs and feelings. It's a beautiful tool for fostering harmony and resolving conflicts in a peaceful manner.
