Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I recently went on my first major travelling trip, the first proper time I had left my hometown for so long. I travelled across Europe for 4 months going through 17 different countries on my way, learning new things, experiencing different cultures and making a lot of new friends. The experience of meeting new people from hostels was great and being able to learn things about other parts of the world gave me goals of places to visit. By being on couchsurfing, I'm hoping the people I encounter will now be able to show and teach me things about these places having first handedly lived in these places.

Interests

Music, through and through. Studied at university, play guitar, drums, bass and a little sax and keys. I write my own music and am always looking for new genres and styles I haven't had much experience in.

I'm also a major football fan and heavily into other sports like skiing and cycling.
