我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I am looking to meet people to share cultures and ways of life. I think CS is a unique and wonderful way to form relationships with people who come from completely different life experiences than me.

People I have met during my travels such as Pau from Barcelona, Elias from Germany, Ines from Paris, Eva from Amsterdam and many others have taught me much about the world and I am eager to create more experiences.

I have a deep appreciation for the CS community, and I hope to give back and host travelers once I graduate college and have a permanent residence of my own!

兴趣

I love one-on-one conversation, laughing, dancing and eating new foods. I like to read, listen to music and people watch. Most of all, I like to try new things and develop skills and tastes, whatever that may be.

Other things I like to do:
- watch or play sports (football/soccer, basketball, frisbee, lacrosse, hockey)
- attend live music shows
- sit and talk over a beer
- walk and explore a city
- play the game "Odds" (if you don't know it, I'll explain it)

I can share life experiences and knowledge on topics from my studying - I know about American politics, economics and history, issues of race, gender and class, college life, and more.

I also have a great interest in spoken word poetry - I have written and performed my own pieces, and would be happy to share and workshop creative work with you.
