About Me

I am Englishman living in Thailand since 2003 and married to my Thai wife, Kessera for 6 years

Very active , healthy and fit, always busy doing something, cycling about 150 kms per week, work out on my home gym, and lots of exercise-type walking, work in progress around my home here in Thailand.

I have many interests including Thai culture and its people

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In fact I was a couchsurfer from about 2005 and hosted quite a few people from many parts of the world and found it very rewarding. Too many guests visiting me and my then wife, we decided to stop and in effect, I was no longer an active Member

My profile shows I became a Member again in 2013 but I didn't really pursue it as I kept moving about in Thailand. Now I am settled in Lampang, Northern Thailand and want to share the Thai culture with those who wish to get real insight about how things work here and to enjoy a few things that the average tourist won't experience.

Kessera, wants me to take her to England and some other places in Europe maybe some time in the future so I am hoping to meet Couchsurfers who could host us then.
