I have 3 children. They are jungle babes running barefoot everywhere. I like to read and talk about things that really matter. I like to hear what makes you feel alive, brings you joy, moves you to tears, and what stirs your soul. I moved to the valley of the tallest waterfall in Costa Rica to live a simple life with my children. There is no place like home.

I have a woodworking shop near the beach, I practice specialized kinesiology which changed my life after living with the chronic pain from a car accident. I make cheese, sourdough bread, kombucha, unlock and process my own coffee, and I have been told my pinto and hummus should be for sale. We live a simple life in the jungles of Costa Rica.

The most beautiful waterfalls are minutes from our home. We are over the mountain from the warmest water on the pacific coast. Being a local here, we know the places to go and things to see. We live in the sacred valley in between the biggest town in the south with the tallest mountain, to the whales tail beach on the coast and the valley waterfall in the country.
