About Me
Hello all,
I'm Chris, and recently joined couch surfing. I like to meet new people and make friends. I believe that couch surfing offers a great platform to do just that. I just finished a Masters in Bioinformatics from Johns Hopkins University, and currently working as a research associate at the JHU School of Medicine.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I decided to join couch surfing because i enjoy meeting new people, and create new connections.
My roommate who recently traveled to Asia and mostly stayed with hosts from couch surfing told me about this platform. Although I was a bit skeptical at first, hearing about her amazing experience, encouraged me to go ahead and join the couch surfing community.
I'm looking forward to meeting some great folks, share stories, exchange culture, and spread good vibes and positive energy!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went skydiving in 2012. It was a crazy, thrilling, scary, awesome experience!
It was a tandem skydive and we jumped from 17,000 feet, free-falling at approx. 200 mph.
What I Can Share with Hosts
couch surfing members are always welcome to stay at my house.
--> As my guest, you can definitely expect a delicious home cooked meal. (I've been told that I am quite the chef).
--> If you enjoy coffee as much as i do, you are in for a treat, there is always a freshly brewed pot of coffee in the morning.
--> I've lived in Baltimore for a little over two years now, and I can definitely give you some recommendations for food, places to visit, etc, if you are coming here for the very first time.
--> If you need a quick ride somewhere, I'd be more than happy to give you a ride if i'm around.
--> The best thing about us being complete strangers to each other is that we have this unique opportunity to briefly get to know each other. I look forward to talking, sharing a bit about our lives, our stories, etc...
--> Overall, great, meaningful, and intriguing conversations are most definitely part of what to expect at my house.
