Hey everyone :) I'm an Irish guy from Belfast who has recently just graduated from Swansea University. I was lucky enough to be able to study in Canada for a year as part of my degree and this is where my love of travelling flourished. I was able to travel around a great amount of Canada and backpacked the East and West coast of the USA for three months.

I love meeting new people and being able to just explore new cities.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

After the tough long process of obtaining a university degree I want to take some time off before I begin my professional career. Therefore, I wanna go travelling around America and Canada again for a little bit and would love to be able to meet some awesome along the way.

I don't have a particular favorite type of music genre, I'll listen to pretty much anything. I enjoy discovering new artists.

My favorite movies include lord of the rings, Saving Private Ryan, The Usual Suspects, Forrest Gump, Back to the Future, Good will Hunting and anything Marvel.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am possibly the greatest fear of heights ever. So when I was in Toronto one of the most amazing things I've done was go up to the top of the CN Tower. Yeah it might not have been pretty, as it involved me holding onto the wall of the elevator clinging on for dear life praying I wouldn't die, but I still made it to the top and the views over Toronto where simply spectacular.

Would I do it again ? You'd have to pay me an awful lot of money to even consider it.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm a down to earth easy going guy who will talk until I've lost my voice. I love meeting new people and being able to hear about their own adventures. I enjoy hanging out with new people and exploring new places. Making life long friends all around the world is a life goal for me and through the wonderful hosts here I'd love to make some more lifelong friends.
