About Me

24 year old NYC Native, former Californian, presently in Brooklyn. I finished Uni about 2 years ago and work in an AdTech company and an Arancini business now, though I'm looking at Masters Programs in statistics at the moment. I am a huge fan of cooking and trying new food, music and sports (both playing and watching). I like to keep busy and I love taking in culture wherever I have gone in the states, and make it a priority to experience all museums, music, and food a city has to offer.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Despite going to just about every major city in America at this point, I have never been to Europe before. That has changed based on a decision to explore a Masters Degree, and do my first real bit of solo travel.

A couple of friends who studied and lived abroad suggested I couch surfed. having never been to any of the cities on this trip before I would love to help get some of my bearings and understand where I am, and if possible from people around my own age. I'm leaving NYC for Europe at the end of October 2019 so while I know I'm a bit late to the game, I'm hopeful to find accommodations in a couple of places on my trip, or at least make some new friends!

Present itinerary is: NYC London, Modena (via Milan), Florence, Brussels (via Paris), Ghent, London, NYC. I land in London on 22 October and Return to NYC on 2 November.

I've got a long list of restaurants and museums to explore already, and I'm always down to share a meal. Happy to repay all hospitality given!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Hip Hop, Jazz, Classic Rock... I played bass since I was 10 and I love good rhythm sections. I enjoy finding the original music sampled in modern hip hop today and like to make my own music as well.

Movies/TV: Anything by Quentin Tarantino, Will Ferrell movies like The Other Guys and Step Brothers, Pursuit of Happyness, many more.
I prefer to read the news and literature magazines, like The New Yorker, to books recently.
