Overview
About Me
Writer, filmmaker, and publicist based in Los Angeles. Mediocre at soccer. Superb at handball. Bilingual and bicultural. Mexico-born, US-raised. It’s a duality I embrace wholly. Above all, it’s taught me the most important lesson: borders are only imaginary.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Love to travel, soak in new cultures, traditions, cuisines. Enjoy meeting people with interesting backgrounds and those who have a story to tell. I try to connect with the locals on every trip, because it's the people that make the journey worthwhile.

Music, Movies, and Books
There is so much music, literature and film to narrow it into a list of favorites. The easy answer is indie rock, progressive trance, art films and Umberto Eco.
Teach, Learn, Share
I write and speak Spanish at the same level as English. So I guess I can teach Spanish to non-Spanish speakers. I also speak French and Portuguese at a very basic level.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'd love to share Mexican traditions, cuisine and customs. Travel tips throughout Mexico, whether you're traveling to small quaint towns or beautiful, white-sand beaches. If you're ever in Los Angeles, I can also give you (or share with you) an amazing tour with food spots included.
