About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Experience the world, meet new people, have fun, enjoy life before it's too late :D
ABOUT ME
Hi I'm Chris and I am an undergraduate at the University of Hong Kong studying music and French. I started playing the piano since the age of 3 and currently I hope to explore into different aspect of music. That's why I took vocal training and also composition class at uni, as well as participated in an acapella group and also studied as a student conductor at the student orchestra there.
I believe a good way to know more about the world is by experiencing different cultures. That's why travelling is a must in life! I enjoy meeting new people even I might be a little bit timid at the beginning but once I get warmed up I'm totally sociable since I really like making new friends and listening to their stories, as well as sharing my own.
PHILOSOPHY
Life is an adventure, and we all need an extra bit of courage for it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I live with my family in Hong Kong in a reaaaaally small apartment (Hong Kong is always crowded trust me) but it'd be fine if you don't mind tucking in a sleeping bag on the floor or on the sofa, given that my parents say yes lol
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Went couchsurfing with my friend Rebecca at Luxembourg

Barrier Reef is definitely damn awesome. Travelling along the Colorado river in a helicopter within the Grand Canyon is great as well.
Conducting an orchestra (even it's only rehearsal) is definitely not an everyday routine for normal people.
Oh and I had been so honoured to have served world-class piano virtuoso Angela Hewitt at her concert back in university :) it was such a pleasant experience!
