About Me

I'm a laid back Aussie guy who loves to meet people and take part in as many new experiences as possible. I'm competitive, active and sporty who loves to socialize over coffee or drinks at every possibly opportunity. I love to travel and hear inspirational stories while others share their adventures.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Predominantly I love meeting people and showing them around Melbourne as there is so much to see and do. I also think I should build up some good karma and play host to some pretty cool people while they're traveling before I go away for a longer period later this year myself.
Things that I hope most couch surfers bring to the table include new music and new recipes.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy just about any music but house music in particular. My favorite artists would have to be Fat Freddys Drop and Manu Chao. Favorite movies of all time include Super Troopers and Beer Fest by the Broken Lizard team but movies I enjoy the most are ones that make me think. The best one I've seen lately is Pan's Labrynth. I alternate reading fantasy books and personal development books with favorite series definitely being Game of Thrones.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most stand out crazy thing I have done was to stand at the beach on Magnetic Island in Northern Queensland during the eye of a cyclone and watch the storm pass over us. Surreal.
