Overview
About Me
I’m an English teacher at a middle school in Suncheon, South Korea. I moved across the globe to explore my passions and get out of my comfort zone. I want to meet people from all different cultures who speak all different unique languages.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to make more friends in Korea!
Interests
I love all things having to do with music. I used to play many instruments but these days I mainly play piano and I’ve started to learn guitar.
I’m also huge into coffee. I make my own drip coffee in the mornings and love exploring unique coffee shops.
In my free time I play sports like volleyball, soccer, tennis, and also love running. I’ve completed one race in Korea so far on Jeju island and it was AMAZING! I hope to join marathons and trail races in the future.
I’m trying hard to learn Korean and studying the language actively. I would say I’m at a B1-B2 level so I can hold a conversation but struggle if you get into complicated topics. I’d love to share my tips with language learning, and also learn something new from you :)
