I suck at writing bios, wonderful in person...or at least that's what my mum tells me haha :-D

Short version: I decided to escape the rat race and have been traveling from New Zealand to Mongolia for the past 20 months.

Long Version: I'm an adventurous and hard working person having now freelanced as either a graphic designer or photographer in the last 12 countries I've visited. I lived and worked in London in the fashion industry for around 8 years and decided that it was time to head out and see more of the world. Best decision I've made FYI!

In my free time, I was training to be a blacksmith and have a variety of hobbies that keep me both happy and my bank account sad:, these include: Cycling, kayaking, kickboxing, yoga, shooting, archery, horse riding, surfing, skiing, fencing, playing violin, and of course travelling!

I've stayed with a lot of people on this trip so understand the importance of cleaning up after myself, keeping my things tidy and respecting both your space, personal items and time.

If you can put up my my British accent and silly humor, we will get along great and it would be a pleasure to meet and quite possibly go for a drink :-)

I love staying with people, they already have great knowledge of their surroundings, are full of tips and suggestions. Overall it's a much more authentic way to explore a country, I've made great friends and gives so much more than typical accommodation could ever offer!
