Hola! My name is Chris (aka Posh Gibson) and I am 34 year old single male social worker/writer/podcaster who is transitioning to being a digital nomad/vagabond traveler beginning in the Colorado/New Mexico region this Spring. I love nature and want to spend more time outdoors, therefore I have to begin my traveling near mountains and forests!

As a social worker, I focus on teaching people about self-care with writing, podcasts, video presentations, and live events and want to travel to different cities discussing self-care and spiritual care with people across the world!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I need to explore the world and exploring the world with the welcoming arms of local people is an amazing way to have new experiences and meet so many great new people. Moreover, I enjoy meeting and conversing with people from different walks of life and background than my own, so I am excited to connect with the CS community!

Everyone, from their own unique point of view, has a piece of the puzzle so when we interact with new people we learn and grow exponentially.

Also, I am working on my own businesses (books, journals, digital course)and couchsurfing would allow me to be frugal, travel, and work on these businesses wherever I am staying.

Additionally, I plan to offer my hosts self-care coaching or life coaching as a thank you for their hospitality wherever I go as a guest.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Stayed in Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica for 2 months working on a pineapple farm owned by a family who also owned a restaurant and a small hotel.
