I have been travelling through Australia for the last 3 months and have spent most of my time doing help exchanges. Mostly I have been to communities as I had an amaxing time in a community in germany. I feel that travelling on my own makes me grow inside a lot and face a lot of my fears. I love meeting totally random people in unusual situations. That is one of the reasons why I fully enjoyed going to O.Z.O.R.A festival last summer.
In general I love having human relations and I learned that relationships are not determined by the duration but rather by the depth they are having.

The last year was by far the most intense time of my life and I have struggled a lot to get through it. I started doing a lot of meditation and I found that real relaxation seems to be like art, you have to pick up and practice.
