Overview
About Me
I'm a friendly, easy-going guy with a love for getting to know people and sharing stories
I grew up around Washington DC, went to college in small-town Ohio, spent a season in Jackson, Wyoming, and I currently live in San Francisco where I am studying to earn my Master's degree in acting
I enjoy discovering the culture and personality of a new place by interacting with the locals who know a town best. I celebrate people for their individuality and unique idiosyncrasies.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books
I love music ranging from Tame Impala to Buena Vista Social Club to Leon Bridges to Bruce Springsteen to the Andrew's Sisters to Eminem
Anything from 'Roma' to 'Ratatouille', 'Schindler's List' to 'Coco', 'The Intouchables' to 'Wall-E', and everything in between.
Plays take up most of the space on my bookshelves these days. I recently revitalized my appreciation for Shakespeare and Chekhov
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I led summer backpacking and kayaking trips in the islands and forests of Maine
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to do various accents, how to throw a baseball
I want to learn about the places other's have been and stories they've gathered along the way
I'd love to share a beer, a good discussion, and a round of Bananagrams
