Over-educated surfbum taking the next 18 months off in my new Lummi Island home. During this time I am working on my overall health, fitness and guitar playing. I plan to host guests in the summer months so we can paddleboard and explore the island together.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would love to share my story and hear about your life journey and the community you live in. I love meeting new people - that's why I ended up as a physician recruiter! I would love to host more couchsurfers but my house is only 300 Sq. feet and you will have to sleep on a luxurious air mattress in the kitchen.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

After a long absence, rediscovered surfing at age 60 due to a chance meeting and year long relationship. The relationship ended but the surfing trips and travel continue as close friends.
