Mentoring youth while managing a non-profit post release internship for kids exiting Dallas County Corrections through a restaurant training program.

As a level 1 sommelier and 20 plus years in the restaurant/ bar business, I have a good perspective of food and drink. I also have been painting for 15 years, participating in art shows in my community.
