I do my best to live my life aligned with Truth, Love and Freedom.

I enjoy trying on different world views and and keeping what resonates. I believe we have the power to change aspects of ourselves some think are unchangeable so it's fun to experiment. The better I become the better I can serve others. I'm always looking for principles that apply in both the microcosm and the macrocosm.

I started a nonprofit in my hometown focused on building healthy community and the implementation of sustainability projects.

CS does an excellent job of facilitating authentic connection. The best part of travel is the people you meet and hosting brings that experience about without leaving your home. It's lovely!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My flight was leaving from Rio to go back home in just a few hours, and I left my bag, passport, etc. in a taxi cab. Of course I didn't know the taxi number, all the taxi's look the same, and there are millions of taxi's driving around Rio, especially during Carnival. With the help of a friend, we started randomly stopping taxi's asking if we could check their trunk for my bags. Just at the last minute we stopped a cab that was driving away, and HEY there were my bags in the trunk! We celebrated by enjoying the carnival street party, and I was still able to catch my flight! The magic of traveling...

After that experience, she recommended I check out Vipassana. Three years later I did the 10 day silent meditation retreat. I didn't instantly notice a chance in my life, but little did I know the impact it would have on me.
