ABOUT ME

i am a pretty easy going guy, difficult to offend i think i am sensitive to my environment and therefore considerate of other peoples needs. My mum is the greatest person i know.

I spent a lot of time in art school, maybe too long, but i count it as one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Right now my art practice is split between an art collective called 'Dance Art Club'(see website, and my solo work. D.A.C. try to create social engagement between diverse groups of people. My personal practice is a live video performance. My thesis was about the cross over between rational and irrational thought.

I make art, but my first love is music, and constantly require new innovative musical stimulation. In say that i love the classics, from Steavie Wonder to Steely Dan.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I organise community events and fundraisers.
i have been involved with community projects in one way or another for 10 years. Either through artist collectives, amateur radio, community engagement projects, or musical performances.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am a newbie in terms of surfing couches through this site. I have however had several really great experiences with travelers staying on my couch, when my housemates were involved with CS.

We drove a converted panel truck around the central north Island of New Zealand, broadcasting radio to local communities.

I was part of an art collective that performed to roughly 1200 people in Melbourne. We played bingo and feed our audience pulled pork.
