ABOUT ME
I'm born and raised in a small city in south western Germany.
After I turned 20 I moved for living to several cities in Germany. Later, I lived in France and Taiwan, Austria, Germany, China and finally Taiwan again where I’m planning to stay for some years.

PHILOSOPHY
When things are getting too comfortable and you're getting used to it, time to change it up. Live the present and pay it forward by sharing a genuine love and encouragement to others.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is a more than just an application for replacing the hostel. It is a great opportunity to get to know the real culture, local people instdead of other tourists in the spots.
It gives the possibility to make new friends and express your culture to the world.

There is one really important thing I learnd by using couchsuring:
Everybody can participate, it doesn't matter where he is from, where he lives, if he is rich, has a luxury home or just a poor furnished flat with almost nothing inside. I've seen both extremes. The key point is the willingness to share something with the world. Even people who don't have anything are still willing to give and share. And for sure they get something back.
This is just great and therefore I love this community.

Interests

Huh, my interests..

I'm an active person. I get bored very quickly when I have nothing to do. I love outdoor activities. Especially hiking. when I'm on a trip I like to explore the environment.

I’m quite sportive, going to gym and also a lot of outdoor exercises. I recently started dragon boating and really enjoy it.
For sure I like to enjoy my live, live and travel different places, go out, have a drink with my roommates/friends/hosts/couchsurfers.
I am very social and like to have interesting conversations, share my way of thinking, living, my philosophy and so on...

Music, Movies, and Books

For the Music, it depends on my mood. But Rock, Reggae, HipHop, blues... actually I like almost all kinds of music depending on the situation.
What I really dont like is all kinds Techno.

For movies I like Action, Comedy and sometimes a good Horror movie.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There are a lot of things, tho.
On my South America trip I did a trip on a local boat over the Brazilian Amazon river. That was just amazing and super beautiful.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach about european and german culture, also I know a lot about European and Asian history and of course about the languages I can speak (German, English, Chinese and a bit of French). I'd be happy if you could do so too. Most important for me is to get an impression about your culture and way of living and to give you the same.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm quite flexible on this and can accept almost every living condition.
