ABOUT ME

We are a family of three originally from Victoria BC, now living in Montreal. Kelsey, my wonderful pixie of a partner, works as a hair stylist and is studying to be a Doula. She is a wonderfully creative artist, a warm and instinctual mother and lover, and my best friend. Stella James, our baby daughter, is the center of our universe and we aim to spend as much time with her as we possibly can while introducing her to as many cultures and wonderful peoples as cross our wandering path. I, Chris, humbly hope to be the best partner, father, and friend that I can while pursuing my interest in sustainable housing and alternative energy. Trained as a Civil engineer I am still trying to feel out a fulfilling path in the field and hope in our travels to seek out intentional communities of radical thinkers and tinkerfairies to lend sparks of inspiration to my creative fire. Anything else, you can find out for yourself.

PHILOSOPHY

We believe in building relationships based on mutual respect and honesty. We believe our tribe is out here in the big wide world and are determined to locate them one at a time.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have couchsurfed through the United States and have so far encountered some of the most warm and wonderful people we have ever met. We hope to return the favour now that we have a couch of our own.
