About Me
ABOUT ME
I like to think that I'm laid back and easygoing, which I'm told turns even more so after a few drinks. I'm open to a lot of things and am down to try almost anything that sounds fun.
I love adventure and got a bad case of the travelling bug right now. My friend just invited me to go with him to Vietnam in April and I agreed instantly.
I love my job, it is different because it is done in shift work and that includes night shifts. Its tough sometimes but I get a tonne of time off, (all of April!) so that gives me the freedom to travel.
I'm at that transitional phase in my life where I just graduated from university and am taking in all the freedom that comes with it. I just want to experience and travel and meet as many interesting people as possible.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
None yet from this website. But in high school I was an expert couchsurfer and stayed almost as much on friends couches then my own bed.
I've seen a lot of Asia. I spent 3 months backpacking southeast Asia, mainly Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore. I've travelled a lot of western Canada and a little bit of the US and Mexico. I want to see South America and Europe one day and wasn't planning on going to Asia again soon, but things don't always work out as planned!

Music, Movies, and Books
Books:
Real life stories such as Heat, the Autobiography of Malcolm X, Motorcycle Diaries, books that I can learn from and inspire me. Fiction books on seeing the world like Life of Pi and The Beach I like too.
Music:
Mostly house music, some hip hop. Love electro house, funky house, progressive. Drum and bass and breaks are good too. Some more mainstream ones are Bob Marley, Nirvana, The Roots, Lauryn Hill.
