ABOUT ME

I'm a middle eastern guy born and raised in metro Detroit and currently living in the amazing city of Buenos Aires for the last few years. I'm a music fanatic and have been to too many music festivals (and I never want to go to another one again haha), ran a mildly successful music blog for a few years, took pictures at around 75 shows and I've been DJing just for fun for the last few years (mostly hip hop, rnb and future stuff). I've become obsessed with biking everywhere I can around the city instead of taking transport. I love meeting new people and am usually down to do anything new and unusual and local.

I'm so fortunate that my previous job brought me here to Buenos Aires because I've always wanted to live abroad, and learning a new culture (as well as meeting people from all over the world on a daily basis) has been an amazing and enlightening experience. I'm looking forward to travel a few months around Europe this summer without much of a plan to see where things take me.

PHILOSOPHY

I kind of think life is all about meeting as many people as you can, and I love nothing more than those "small world" moments when you find a common link between two strangers from across the world. That whole "everyone is connected" thing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've surfed and hosted a few times, and have enjoyed meeting lots of people from the website outside of actual surfing. There's a big CS community here in Buenos Aires and I've met lots of great people that way.
