HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I shall be travelling through Europe from the 10th - 31st July with four friends. We are looking to meet people, share stories and really get to know our destinations, off the beaten track and all that.
Although limited on couch/floor space right now, I'd be happy to spend a couple of hours showing like-minded people round the fair city of Bristol!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm a CouchSurfing newbie! No certified experiences as of yet.

Intereses

Will happily waste hours trawling through YouTube for absolute rubbish, but I like to balance it out with making actual human connections. I enjoy cycling, alcohol-induced dancing, foreign films and talking for hours on end, whether anybody is listening or not (usually not). Also, a week in Bulgaria has given a new-found love for snowboarding - roll on next year!

Coming-of-age, finding-your-way-in-the-world, self-discovery kind of films (Motorcycle Diaries, Into the Wild), as well as cheap laughs and dirty jokes (Anchorman, American Pie) and anything that feels like 'studying' for my degree (Y tu mama también, Downfall, The Lives of Others, Maria Full of Grace).
Satirical, horribly cynical books (anything by Ben Elton) as well as anything surprisingly disturbing and dark (The Talented Mr. Ripley).

Driving a Mustang across the Mojave Desert from Los Angeles to Las Vegas with the roof down the whole way.
