I'm a media artist and humorist whose work explores a wide range of topics, namely the nature of reality, sentience, and cultural values. I have a degree in Film and Theatre Arts and have written, produced, and performed experiments in New Orleans and Austin. I once played an anarchist on a family drama in Los Angeles, but it’s the roles I've played in the real world that have grounded my previously nihilistic worldview.

But, full disclosure -- you could end up being a character in a story. Of course I'll change your name if you'd like. Non-fiction books. I know. It's weird to write fiction and not like to read it.

My tastes for music are all over the cultural map. Anything but new country. My tastes depend on my mood and the atmosphere I'm looking to create for myself. I could need some classical or ambient music one minute then pivot to Neutral Milk Hotel, Courtney Barnett, Broken Bells, Frank Sinatra, Spoon ... to name 5.

A good movie is a good movie, but I do have a few demands. Once you establish the universe you've got me involved in, don't break your own rules just to get out of a jam. Please keep flashbacks to a minimum and don't use time travel unless you're making a movie about time travel.
