ABOUT ME

I'm from Richmond, VA in the US and I've lived there most of my life.
I'm interested in having new experiences, speaking new languages, meeting new people and just keeping things interesting. I've had a few different jobs, a number of volunteer experiences and I'm just beginning to see a few countries outside my own.
I feel that courtesy and manners are important with friends and strangers and always try to keep that in the front of my mind when I find myself as a host or guest.
If I'm trying to sleep on your couch, then I'm also trying to hang out with you and explore your city and make the most of my time that I have.

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosophy tends to change frequently; rarely drastically, but enough that I can't say I have a personal philosophy. However, one value that I hold very high is courtesy. In any interaction with anyone the most important thing to remember is to be respectful and kind. Energy is easily come by but relationships and impressions are difficult to change. The simplest and quickest way to pay it forward is to show someone respect.
