ABOUT ME

Currently on a journey to see what life might be like to live somewhere different. I grew up in Melbourne, Australia and have lived there all of my life. I have been lucky enough to do quite a bit of travelling around the world, but Melbourne has always been home.
A few factors have aligned, and it's time to make it happen. After spending a lot of 2014 travelling around the US, I know it's where I want to be. Spending the next little while doing some reconnaissance on where I might want to live, and what better way to do that than to stay with locals?!?!
I love seeing new places, meeting new people, discussions over a beer or two, delicious food, music, laughing and not taking myself too seriously.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm pretty new to CS and participating as a surfer at the moment. One of the things that interests me most when visiting a new place is getting to know how the locals live. While hostels are great, the idea of getting to live with and get to know some local people (and find out some of their local secrets!) is very cool. My CS experiences are some of the best memories I have of my last overseas trip :)
