ABOUT ME

I try to live a simple but adventurous life. I'm always on the go and get excited for new experiences, be it new foods, new mountains to climb or new people to meet. I love learning, which explains why i am still in school. I am from the States originally but am currently living in Canada working towards my Phd in Mountain Hydrology.
I'm easy going, always keen for a good dance party, really value community and friends and love to travel off the beaten path.

Well really its more like kayaking, climbing, good food, music, disc, mtn and road biking and just riding bikes in general, good conversation, good beer, skiing, exploring, swimming, reading, etc. I like to live simply, without much money and i like knowing the value of a dollar. I really respect hard work and craftsmanship, and really appreciate people who have found passions in their lives, whatever it may be.

26 Days with my best friends from around the world rafting down the Grand Canyon

All moments of pure contentness throughout my life, from laying in the snow in the woods on silent night behind the house where i grew up in NH, to having my head out the window on summer days in Oregon. I find these moments are what make life, i also notice that they always come when being shared with best friends.
