ABOUT ME

An avid peace maker just spreading the wealth of wellness. I find myself these days leading drum circles, guiding meditations, composing sound art, doing energetic work, and being a diligent student in the school of life. I learn something from everyone I meet and find myself making friends with everybody. If you invite me into your home expect nothing less than good conversation, stories, along with meditation and energy healing for those interested.

PHILOSOPHY

Milarepa spent years in a cave meditating and was surely on the hermits way to enlightenment. One day, after collecting food, he came back to his cave only to find it filled with demons. He tried making them leave, teach them the Dharma, appease to them, yet nothing seemed to make them leave. He then gave up and started, "well I'm not leaving and I suppose all of you aren't either, so I think we'll just live together." At that point all the demons left except one. He laid himself in front of the demon to be eaten and at that point this demon also disappeared. It seems as though once all of the resistance to life is gone, so are the demons.
