About Me

Hm, let's see. I'm a Marxist Feminist, a poet & writer, I'm not a fan of the USA and hope to move to Sweden.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

If I ever travel, I'd love to either stay with some local people or meet up with them. I don't see much of a point in traveling if I don't get to meet the people who live there and go/do things as they would in their everyday lives!

Interests

My free time consists of writing (I want to be a writer and I've written lots of things including poetry, short stories, and a novel), learning Swedish, hanging out with my friends, watching movies, browsing the web. I enjoy talking about whatever, TV shows, politics, swapping stories, etc.

Music, Movies, and Books

A Clockwork Orange, Dinner for Schmucks, The Dark Knight, Clerks, When You're Strange, The Truman Show.

The Doors, Soundgarden, Biggie Smalls. Basically classic rock and 90's stuff like Soundgarden and Alice in Chains is my favourite type of music, but I like just about everything except country.

As for books, I enjoy the Song of Ice and Fire series, Narnia, though I tend to not read novels too much. I enjoy reading about experiences and thoughts. I read a lot of stuff by Marxist writers, like Rosa Luxembourg.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've written a book called A Day in the Life, and self published it on amazon.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm not sure if I have much to teach, other than my own philosophies and beliefs I've developed. I might be able to offer some advice on English grammar, but I doubt anyone cares that much :P

I would just love to hear peoples' experiences and stories, I find it interesting to get to know people and the things they've been through. I also would love to learn about other cultures and countries.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Whatever knowledge I have. My company (which I think is pretty good!), I can cook, although not too well.

Countries I’ve Visited

Norway, Sweden

Countries I’ve Lived In

United States
