ABOUT ME

Doing what I love, loving what I do!
I started a cafe in my home country, after loving the cafe culture I experienced in my time in Australia.. This cafe opened up so many opportunities with people round the world, life could not be more complete!

The world is such a big place, there's so much more to gain, learn, and experience! The journey starts now!

Lets meet over a coffee, swim in the sea, dance on the street, let's bake, or climb a tree!

PHILOSOPHY

I think that if we trust the world, and trust people..the trust and respect will be returned!

Life should be simple, carefree, and spontaneous. It's hard to live in a city with all these expectations of money and careers, but, I love what I do, that means the world to me.

Food philosophy: Honest food, fresh produce, passionate cooks, take your time and eat healthy :)

Water is in my blood!
I absolutely love surfing, diving, spearfishing, boating, or just being near any form of water.. Water opens up another dimension of the world..and time stops.

The world of food & beverage excites me.. The knowledge of ingredients, origins, cultures, and the endless permutations make it such a wonderful thing to be interested about!! My dream would be to travel the world, and dine the places that grow crops or rear animals, experiencing the local culture (jamie oliver style), would be wonderful.

I especially love sharing about coffee, how to make it, as well as baking. I dabble in abit of art - random sketching and watercolours of still life. Jam with me, or I can draw you in action! In learning, I love to learn things I've never tried at, or know I'm not talented at. I'm terrible at dancing, but always am keen to learn! Yoga as well!
