About Me

Nice to meet you! I'm Chris and I'm from California. I'm a 33 year-old product manager and entrepreneur with a software development background. I consider myself a clean, considerate, and responsible person.

I'm a second generation Chinese-American born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area (California, USA). My mother is originally from Taiwan, my father from Hong Kong; they immigrated to the US in the 1960's.

In 2008 I moved to Shanghai, China to pursue a new career and learn about my Chinese heritage. I spend half my time there and half my time in California.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I recently backpacked for 2.5 months through Southeast Asia and the humbling experiences I had there inspired me to become more active on Couchsurfing.

Though I opened a Couchsurfing account years back, I consider myself new to the Couchsurfing community.

I love Couchsurfing's mission and hope to contribute to it directly as both a host and a guest.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
