CURRENT MISSION

Right now I'm on a mission to see and explore all seven continents. I've been to all 50 states in the U.S.A. and have dabbled in international travel in the past, but I'm going big in 2020!!! So far I've booked flight to Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, San Diego, Los Angeles, Hawaii, Australia, China, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Turkey, Greece, Italy, Egypt, Lebanon, and Israel. I'm thinking about adding on more stops in Africa and South America to round out my trip back to the states and am curious if I can sneak in a trip to Antartica as well to make it to all seven continents in less than 6 months of travel.

ABOUT ME

Grew up in a small town outside of Omaha, NE graduated with 20 people. I played football, basketball, and track in high school. I spent most of my college years obsessed with business, and have started and ran 3 different businesses over the last 10 years, a real estate property management company, a jet ski rental business, and a tech startup.

As I've grown up a little bit, I've gotten much more interested in psychology, philosophy, and theology more so than business and finance. All in all I'm just curious about the way things work and am fascinated by people.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted many people in the past when I had the time between school and the business I ran. Recently I sold everything I owned to get back on my travel horse for the first half of 2020. Whenever someone hosts me I always offer to buy dinner at your favorite place as a way to say thank you. I just love getting away from the normal tourist traps and seeing the local oddities.

Music: Classic Rock is my favorite genre, but I've been getting into Tropical House type stuff lately. Sigala and Kygo are so relaxing to listen to.

I ran a property management business for a decade and my dad was a homebuilder. I can fix just about anything in a house. I recently built an off grid Tiny Home in Texas. I can share how to move to an off grid lifestyle. I also have published two books. I can share meals, real estate education, financial planning methods, travel experiences, but most of all I look forward to sharing laughs with my hosts!
