ABOUT ME

I am very easy going, love to travel, I have an insatiable need to travel the world and my goal is to visit EVERY country in the world before I die. I have been to 5 continents so far and want to visit all 7 before I am 30. I seem to find myself needing to experience things outside of my comfort zone on a regular basis. I have lived in Edinburgh for 6 months and fell in love with it. I also lived in Peru for 3 months doing volunteer work at a school for children who are either homless, abused, mentally handicapped or troubled. There are very few things that i am afraid to try, I seem to get a rush when I see a new city for the first time, or eat a new food that I have never tried before. I am sort of a "jack of all trades", I have worked in construction, bartending, food service, travel, sales, retail, volunteer work, fishing work, and many other things.

PHILOSOPHY

Never judge anyone else, always keep an open mind, be ready for anything, roll with the punches and don't be afraid to try anything new.

I am more than willing to host at my house when I am home. I do travel a lot and find that I am not home very often. I love the idea of meeting other like minded travelers in this world who can share stories of amazing trips and journy's through life.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I love to read anything I can get my hands on. Right now I am reading "On The Road" as well as "Cats Cradle" and just finished "Into The Wild" and "Welcome To The Monkey House" I enjoy comedies like "Shaun of the Dead" "The Hangover" and "the Jerk". I can enjoy listening to almost anything, country, rock, blues, jazz, classical, not so much into rap but I can listen to it.

* I Volunteered with needy children in Africa and South America*
* I have hiked into the grand canyon and rafted out*
* I whitewater rafted in the Urubamba River*
* I got to peak over the edge of Victoria falls in Zambia*
* I got to skydive over the beaches of Costa Rica*

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I can teach building skills as well as help with advice for traveling almost anywhere in the world. I am hoping to meet people who are a more spiritual than I am, not necessarily religious, just more in touch with the earth.
