Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE.

Kia Ora!
With couchsurfing becoming service that we have to pay to access I will no longer be hosting via this site. As I have been a host for well over 100 times (some guests don't leave reviews as many will know, too busy? who knows) and couchsurfing actually costs me money to begin with. I have never been accepted as a guest during my travels so paying for a service that I am providing isn't fair on me. Thanks for all the friends that I have met over the many years this site has been going, I was hosting way back in the days of early myspace when random people from around the world would ask if they could stay based on similar music tastes, and common interests, maybe things will go back to that via facebook groups? Who knows. But if you have similar interests etc maybe find me on facebook and ask and I may well host if it suits.
The world is experiencing crazy times and communities like this have been great, just not something i can afford to be a part of. Take care & safe travels!! 6/6/2020

Please note: vegan home so definitely no meat/eggs to be brought on to the property.
