ABOUT ME
I have done 2 years at university and this year chose to spend a year out in France to take a break from studying and earn some money. Was working as an English teacher at a French lycée(fuck seconde)for 7 months but am now sitting around not doing a lot! Have been living in Paris for the whole of my time in France and have loved every minute (except for 6â⬠pints- during HAPPY HOUR)...however, I really want to go somewhere new so hope to find a couch somewhere in the sunny south of france! I speak French (I say) although I'd like to improve by staying out here as long as possible.
PHILOSOPHY
If you don't buy a ticket you don't win the raffle
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
In terms of offering a couch- no longer I'm afraid. Although I will participate in the form of offering endless banter
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Signed up in the spring of 09 and offered up my couch in Paris. Since then I've moved to the south of France and met several interesting people through CouchSurfing
Interests
Football! Have been supporting my beloved Leyton Orient FC (look it up- we do exist) since I was a toddler.
Pretty much any other sport you can think of (except baseball- in England we call it rounders...it's fun when you're 8).
I have a guitar in my bedroom in London- I've never been able to play it...it's just there to make me look cool.
Clubbing- Showcase and Duplex in Paris are recent favourites otherwise Paris - even though I do love it- doesn't have a lot to offer on a night out.
Travelling of course- been very lucky to have travelled most of the world due to a family contact working in the industry (free holidays = jammy git). Favourite cities I've visited- Paris, Sydney, Budapest, Liverpool.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Done: Camping under the clearest sky I've ever seen by Uluru in the Northern Terr itory, Australia.
Seen: My mate Patrick down 3 bottles of beer in 10 seconds. As spectacular as the Aurora Borealis but he recently messaged me saying he has done 4 in 12 seconds...which would be even more beautiful. Most people I tell this to don't believe it is possible but I have the video to prove it so shut up
Teach, Learn, Share
I have been teaching English this year so I would happily oblige if anyone is after conversation to practice.
