ABOUT ME

Hi everyone!

I'm Chris, 25 years old, and grew up in Paris, a city that so many people love, and I totally understand why.

Actually, I'm back in that lovely city after 5 years spent in countryside and abroad as a military engineer.

And what a pleasure right now, to have the opportunity to know and meet couchsurfers from any horizons in that world :)

Experiences I had through CS were so great that i will never forget them for nothing.

I'm a kind of very lucky guy who have the chance to travel a lot and make wonderful experiences trough this world and thanks all the people who helped me to realize that dream.

Backpacking and my work make me grow up in my spirit and gave me more and more strengh of happiness!
Happiness I give back with so much pleasure to everyone!

Learn and learn everyday about the life, history, international culture, languages, sports, health...
And also teach what I ve learned with a great pleasure to anyone.

I really love to meet people from anywhere, having some drinks with friends ,dancing, singing , entertaining all the people Who I've the luck to know.

I also have some passions like martial arts, gym, photography, motorcycles, reading, shopping , New technologies...

I'm excited, talkative and curious to know about everything, that s my nature.
And always ready to make some jokes and funny things!

But always naturally ready to help anyone who need my help.

My personal philosophy is inspired of 'Sanuk way of life from Thailand' based on the hapiness of all with just simple things as a simple smile. Try it!

I'm really spoilt and understand now material and money is good, but will never make joy and love.
To say, I don't care of all this superficial fake-proud people and luxury ch*t!
We DO not need that to LIVE, and not survive that many spirits blind by money do/

Live your life every day, every hour, every minute count! Life is so short and beautiful. Don't waste it!

Help people and they will naturally help you back;

When you really want hardly something, it will come to you for sure, just don't give up.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

What a fantastic way to discover a country and a culture when you have an invitation to have a drink or more from local people. I'm sure that's website is a wonderful link to help travellers like you and me, to find more that a simple visit in a country, isn'it?I've been wonderfully hosted in Taiwan, London, Barcelona, Cancun. I've met most of the Csfers for visiting and having drinks in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Cancun, Barcelona, London, Lille.And hosted some couchsurfers as well in my flat in Paris.For all, It was really amazing and memorable times!

- Keep continue to discover the world and as much different cultures as possible- keep continue to grow up and open my minds- make everybody love me! hahah. That's the harder task ever!- photography! I ve just bought my first reflex Canon EOS 600D and I love it so much! Abolutely essential in my life.- I LOVE Sports! I need to do at least 2 hours of sport a day so much I ve energy to spend.Biking ,Gym, martial arts, football, rock climbing, swimming, rafting... - Motorcycles rides- Reading- Cinema & all kind of musics except rap.

Music, Movies, and Books

---About movies, the list is absolutely infinite so much I like this 7th art! + kind of movies: Action, Martial arts, Comedies , Dramas , documentaries but absolutely not horror movies.Haha, I m pretty sensible and totally immerse onto each movies I watch as well it is true. That why I hate spend bad nights after watching a horror one. lol+ actors: BRUCE LEE is my top idol superstar! I feel so so sad he died so young: 32 years old only but make him a living legend. I like also carismatics John Travolta, Nicolas Cage, Jason Statham, Leonardo Di Caprio, Colin Farell, Hugh Jackman, Mark Walberg, Tony Jaa.Funniest Jim Carrey, Martin Lawrence, Jackie ChanAnd some charming actress as Jessica Alba or Lucy liu:)--- About Music: It depends of my mood, but love especially:Usher, Shakira, U2, Pitbull, Lady Gaga, Michael Jackson, Ryhanna.About the styles:+ at the gym or on my bike: HIP HOP, clubbing, Rock + at home: HIP HOP and Dance+ when I m stress: some great piano, violin modern classics + when I m studying: lounge relax musicThat make you imagine that I listen a lot of music in my life! Of course, it's a great way of relaxing, concentrate and have great time in parties with friends.Just have to choose the good track to the good atmosphere, not that easy!--- About books: I love plenty of them, spending many hours in Paris libraries. So many subjects I m interested too! I will definitely prefer a good old book than a computer or an Ipad to read it! lol

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- climbing Santorini mountain without equipement- climbing Machu Pichu in Peru- diving with turtles in Mexico- african kids fight to drink an orange juice I gave them and finally broke the bottle. so sad- meeting a shark when I was snorkelling in Thailand- bungy jump- running when a guy showed me his gun (absolutely stupid and terribly dangerous. Don't do that)- met an unknown guy in bangkok who spent two hours with his motorbike to find for me an appartment and didn't ask anything in comeback. he even refuse I offer a dinner to him or money. I almost cried to see how some people can be good in this individualist world.

Teach, Learn, Share

Actually, I m fascinated by asia! My thai language faculty is not so bad but I need to improve my chinese and vietnamese;It will be a real Joy for me to teach you some French or Thai language.I'd love to receive some chinese mandarine, vietnamese or american-english lessons as well! hahaWhen my leg will be better, I can teach some Kung fu, Muay thai, football. If you know some Hip Hop or any dances moves, you re welcome to teach me! And about cooking, I would love to learn some new recipes!
