I was born and raised on the Hawaiian island of 𝑲𝒂𝒖𝒂𝒊.🐔 Spent a couple of years on the mainland (Las Vegas 🎰🎲and Central California), got homesick, then came back home to the islands.🌴 Now, I want to see more of the world. ✈

I know this section is skinny. I prefer "talking" to get to know someone, rather than put my whole life on this page (though I know there's a lot here already). 📖

I discovered CouchSurfing while looking for a cheap place to stay. An online travel blog had mentioned the site. I registered and it truly changed my life. 🎎🎏

I love meeting people, whether local or visiting CouchSurfers. I like small gatherings where I can talk with others about their travels and homeland, and other random things. 🍹

I'm your unofficial local tour guide on Kauai! I enjoy showing people around... and do it in hopes that maybe one day you'll be able to return the favor. (I'm not a real tour guide, but I can answer your questions, or at least make up a good answer) 😃😀🙋

I love traveling, whether it be in my own backyard or halfway across the world. Enjoying a new place is awesome. 👣🌐

I like people watching... just observing why and how things happen. It's like National Geographic, but humans and the way we interact with eachother is just as fascinating and entertaining. 👀🙈🙊🙉

Musica, film e libri

A movie every now and then. 🎥 Go with the flow and listen to whatever is playing on the radio. 📻 🎧

Carpe Diem. Karma. I'm a typical laid back islander who is a carefree, nonchalant, "no worries," go-with-the-flow kinda guy. 🚶

I often imagine myself in someone shoes👟👞, and sometimes will copy or imitate someone just to step out of my shell and try something new. Don't be surprised when I order the same thing you do at a restaurant, it's one way I grow and expand my personal boundaries. (then again, sometimes I just have a hard time making up my mind) Ask me about some of the weird foods I've eaten while traveling. 🍜🍲🍴

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Skydived...by far the top of the list. 1st time was on Oahu out of Dillingham Air Field. 2nd time was even better out of Burns Field on Kauai... did a couple of loops right out of the plane. 🚀

I bungee jumped off a bridge in Nanaimo with 3 other CSers I roadtripped with. Awesome time! ☀

The recent travels are of course the current highlights of my life because I've never really explored the outside world till now. 🚘

Insegna, impara, condividi

A neat fact when I travel: I rarely ever look into what a destination has to offer. I usually just head somewhere to meet CSers. I'm more interested in making a new friend, a new bond with someone. I enjoy meeting with random people because it gives me opportunities to learn more about everything, gaining new ideas and skills I may apply to my own way of life. If I do get to see something along the way, it's just an added bonus. 📚🔭

I'm not shy about talking about my homeland of Hawaii either (it's people, culture, etc.). 🏄🌺🌊🌋

I'm positive we can gain a lot from each other. This is why I CouchSurf. 🎯

I'm always interested in learning more about a place. To me hearing it from a local beats reading it in a book. Love having first-hand knowledge and discovering things that I might not know about unless I meet with a local. 🔍
