I'm a graduate student in English Lit. I teach Freshman Composition at a university. During my semesters, I'm insanely busy, but in December and in the summer, I am free. I love being in academia, but I need to get out and meet more people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I haven't done enough traveling lately. I want to make my life rich with experiences. Couch surfing will let me meet people in the culture, instead of separated from it in touristy areas. I want to make friends with locals.
