I love nature and all the sounds that goes with it, water calms me down and make me feel alive, clearheaded and re-connected with my senses. I like slow traveling so I really get tuned-in, also liking slow cooking and really put your heart, soul and creativity in it, so when you taste it, you appreciate life. I love long and sound sleeps. I love plants and daydreaming.
As an eternal overthinker its also wonderful to gaze true diving-goggles while snorkeling to quiet my mind and activate all senses. Or to distract my mind, I research a bit in my weird unconventional ways on topics that have my attention. Also like active or laid-back outdoor life….Still want to sky-dive! (*So if you interested, let me know)
Sungazing at sunrise/set beacame my favorite meditation this year….Depends on my energy levvel what kind of activity I’ll choose…. Like most people I guess.

Honestly…..at first because of my education in another city what requires some traveling time and my interest to travel on a budget. I realised how important it is to get to know real people. With different backgrounds but with a true word, heart and spirit. Its all about the intention. Because in a way, everything is connected.
