HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can't host right now, but I'm hoping to move soon and use couch surfers to make some new amazing friends when I do!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My roommate and I had the pleasure of hosting several couch surfers, mostly from Europe. I've also surfed one or two couches in my time.

Ballroom dancing, theatre, rock climbing (super casually), exploring my family genealogy and hometown history.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I did a medical mission trip to Belize and we went to some fairly remote Mayan villages, where they had thatched straw roofs on their homes and kept jungle rats in cages for food. The kids were so excited that we had brought them toothbrushes! The women would make us fresh tortillas and we would bring peanut butter to put on them, and that was a special treat for the children.

Then we camped out in the jungle home of a Rastafarian painter, and slept in his treehouse and bathed in the river. I'll never forget that.

Oh goodness....I don't know what could be useful that I know! But I would love to learn more about computers, and about cooking and gardening, and DANCING, and just....where people came from.
