I'm 6'4", I love to read, listen to music, play music, travel, and meet new people. Born and raised in the Los Angeles area, I'm a freelance editor but I've also had many varied jobs throughout the years: barista, pool service tech, and English teacher to name a few.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel, and I love to meet the local people and learn how they live. What better way to accomplish this than to Couchsurf? I’ve always wanted to become a Chouchsurfing member, though it’s taken me many years to actually take the first step and sign up. I’m going to be traveling around the states for several months and thought that this would be the perfect time to take advantage of such a great network of opportunities for travel and to get to know different people throughout my home country.

I love to watch all different types of film, though I tend to prefer foreign language cinema or sci-fi and fantasy.

I love sci-fi and fantasy novels as well, though that encompasses a great range of styles and authors. Haruki Murakami, Robert Jordan, Jacqueline Carey, and Bernard Cornwell are among my favorite authors.
