Hey there!
I am Christian, a handsome 22 year old world traveller with a passion for everything that is dangerous and adventurous. I also make the best Goulash Soup in the universe. My only sadness that keeps me up at night is the fact that I cannot grow a very thick beard, but besides that, I am a really happy and cheerful person. Currently I am travelling with my love, Anna, from Sweden to Philippines, just with trains and busses, all the way through Russia, Mongolia, China and Nepal. Then we will explore the whole South East Asia. And who knows, maybe we decide to never come back to Sweden again. The future is undecided, just as we like it to be.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We are here for the simple reason that we want to explore life. We want to meet you, to learn, listen and share stories. We want to see your part of the world without having to sleep in a generic hotel that looks the same no matter where you are. That is why we are here. If you want we can also cook together. My girlfriend tells me I have a lot to learn, but maybe I will find someone somewhere who enjoys having 25 different spices in the same dish, just like me.

Music, Movies, and Books

When it comes down to music, I love Indie, but my taste is pretty wide: The 1975, Imagine Dragons, Bob Marley, Arctic Monkeys, Kodaline, The Killers, The Script, Thirty Seconds to Mars and the epic music from Thomas Bergersen.
My favorite books and movies are most often fantasy ones, like Game of Thrones and The Lord of the Rings, but I also enjoy titles like Into the wild, Shrek, Gladiator and Avatar.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My most memorable moment during my travels must hade been all the days I spent driving around New Zealand, exploring every inch of that amazing country, climbing volcanos, bungeejumping, skydiving, rafting and meeting all the incredible and friendly locals and backpackers all over the islands. Now it all feels like a far away dream, but one day I will go back. That I promise myself.

Me and my girlfriend can offer you some incredible stories from our travels, and 4 ears that listens and wants to know everything about you and your town. We would just be really grateful of your hospitality, and be happy to help with whatever you feel is needed. Taking care of common spaces is a matter of course.
